If your DVD Burning Software does not support Dual Layer copying, or if you are recording onto a 5GB blank DVD disc, the software will use compression to fit the entire movie on the disc. Although this works well, some quality is lost.  It's recommended that you omit bonus scenes to reduce the amount of compression needed.
